Big O Tires

Had a flat tire in page Arizona... The crew at big o took care of me and got me out of there quick... jimmy and pedro were awesome! Thanks again 👍

don't even deserve a star. my mom took the truck in for oil and fuel filter change. the worker broke the fuel line connector and didn't tell my mom ... drove the truck and the fuel was leaking went back to complain and the worker replace the wrong fuel filter. didn't say anything. had to buy the parts myself ... they didn't offer to fix the connector they broke. very unprofessional. and when trying to get vehicle repaired by them they charged me to repair what they broke. they didn't even fix my truck. also when parts are ordered they seem to not care. kicking parts around and throwing thing to the ground. the previous owner Wayne took better care of you as a customer. now they just want your money and want you out the door. gonna be looking for a different place to get oil and tire services

I put 3 stars because I got good tires. ☆ I'm happy with that. The extra service for financing was very good. ☆ I filled out the app online and was approved in minutes. And yes, they were friendly. Had good communications with their customers. ☆ But i didn't understand why it took me over 3.5 hours for my tires to get done. It was exhausting seeing other customers come and go. And other customers waiting and sighing of been inpatient. I felt their frustration. They, too, were asking questions. Why was it taking so long. Even though i came early.. I recommend you plan to wait a long time. So pack some lunches. Haha.. Overall, im happy for the tires . Thank you

I went in this morning at 8, and needed a tire to be replaced. I left 20 to 30 minutes later. This place is outstanding.

Call 3 times each time placed on hold for over 5 mins. Then I asked about prices he gave me the highest price I told him ur the only company quoted me that much 289 per tire. Then he says in a tone are you looking for new tires or used. I said new he says I have some used ones. Never going here for any service again. I tries this place 2 times and just bad service all around. Just wants your money.
